Administration Coordinator

The Administration Coordinator will support the Infrastructure, Facilities & Maintenance requirements across all RØDE campuses. They will also be required to set up consumables & materials in the ERP system to maintain stock levels.

Your responsibilities will include:
•    Manage and record maintenance activities in Infrastructure & Facilities management system
•    Manage and Maintain Contractor records
•    Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled 
•    Assist sourcing the most cost effective materials, goods, products, and services.
•    Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary.
•    Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
•    Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.

You will require the following skills and experience to be successful:
•    Ability to manage and maintain maintenance records in preparation for Audits and compliance requirements.
•    Superb written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
•    Exceptional organisational and planning skills.
•    Excellent networking and time management skills.
•    Experience in developing tenders and RFQ documentation 
•    Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors)
•    Hands-on experience with purchasing software 
•    Understanding of supply chain procedures
